Summary of the contracting process

Magenta Living’s Planned Investment Works Framework covers planned improvement and maintenance works to its housing stock, including houses, bungalows, flats and extra-care living schemes. The scope spans energy-efficiency measures; roofing; windows and doors; kitchens and bathrooms; electrical rewires; internal and external painting and repairs; external repairs such as groundworks, fencing and pointing; domestic and commercial heating systems; and whole-house or whole-block works. We are looking to procure a Framework for Planned Investment Works and will be holding a Meet the Buyer event on Tuesday 24th June 2025, at Magenta Livings Head Office. The afternoon session is no fully booked and therefore an additional morning session has now been added. Magenta Living use the Proactis Housing Procurement Portal for publishing procurement opportunities. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate one representative for each organisation. Written confirmation of your attendance detailing the name and roles of attendee is required either via the messaging facility of the portal via the Project Information Ref - DN773720 or via email to procurement@magentaliving.org.uk as soon as possible but no later than Tuesday 10th June 2025, 1pm. Request to attend after this date may not be accommodated. Failure to register your attendance will result in your entry being denied.
