Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) - System
Notice Description
Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd (NRS) intends to award a contract for the provision, maintenance and support of a cloud-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System. The EAM System will provide asset management capabilities supporting industry good practice and alignment with the ISO 55000 series of standards. The successful supplier will be required to: - Provide an EAM solution that meets NRS's functional and non-functional requirements, including security, accessibility and performance requirements; - Supply, implement and configure the EAM System within a cloud-based environment accessible to NRS; Provide ongoing maintenance, technical support and Service Desk services, including software updates and patching; - Provide access to training materials and deliver training to NRS personnel to support system administration, maintenance, workflow configuration and reporting activities; - Support NRS in assuring that the solution is capable of meeting its operational and business requirements; - Work collaboratively with a separately procured system integrator to support successful programme delivery; and - Provide a comprehensive exit and data migration strategy, including the return of all Authority-owned data and the secure deletion and destruction of data held within the solution and any associated third-party services. The initial scope of the contract covers NRS's existing estate of 13 sites. NRS reserves the right to extend the scope during the contract term to include additional sites, including AGR sites transferring to NRS, Vulcan, and any other sites that may become the responsibility of NRS.
