Notice Description
Home Group are aiming to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors under a regional framework to carry out the following services * Responsive repairs & Emergency attendance * Periodical Safety Testing and Planned Preventative maintenance * Major component replacements as instructed by HGL. * Asset condition reporting. For the following (but not limited) to systems and components: - * Door Entry & Access Control Systems. Inc Door Set and furniture * Automatic Doors * Motorised Gates * Rising Barriers * Rising Bollards * Roller Shutters * CCTV Systems * Warden/Nurse Call Systems * Intruder Alarms It is HGL's intention to appoint 2 contractors per regional lot on a ranked basis. The Rank 1 contractor will be the bidding contractor who submits the highest scoring tender submission.
