Notice Description
The Trustee are required to formally appoint a legal advisor under pension legislation and can only rely on advice from 'a pension act appointed lawyer'. Sacker and Partners were chosen by the Trustee. The Trustee review this appointment every three years.

The supplier has been the chosen 'pension act appointed lawyer' by the Trustee for several years, they have a solid knowledge of the ESPS scheme and its rules. They have partners at different levels and depending on the advice required, a suitable partner is appointed for the particular project and because of their knowledge of the scheme this direct award gives excellent value for money.
