Aseptically Prepared Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy Medicines
Notice Description
This framework agreement is for the supply of a range of aseptically prepared, batch manufactured systemic anti-cancer therapy drugs in ready-to-administer presentations and agreed dose bands. The framework agreement will also cover the manufacturing and supply of patient specific systemic anti-cancer therapy drugs, CIVAs, and provisions for stock inventory management and supply of compounded systemic anti-cancer therapy.
Lot Information
Dose Banded Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy Medicines
This Lot will cover the requirements for dose banded aseptically prepared systemic anti-cancer therapy medicines for adult and paediatric patients that can be supplied in batch or single units, and in line with National Dose Banded Tables where a specification exists.
Patient Specific Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy MedicinesThis Lot will cover the requirements for Patient Specific aseptically prepared anti-cancer therapy medicines in adult and paediatric patients.
CIVAS (Central Intravenous Additive Service)This Lot covers the requirements for medicines used in CIVAs, and includes any preparation of medicine which is manipulated aseptically to create ready-to-use injectable medicine.
Stock Inventory Management and Supply of Compounded Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy MedicinesThis Lot covers the requirement for storage, warehousing, stock inventory management and stocking a range of batch systemic anti-cancer therapy medicines readily available for next-day or named day delivery.
Planning Information
Engagement will be conducted through meetings/in-person discussions/telephone discussions with potential primary providers who can supply Aseptically Prepared Dose Banded Medicines. The engagement excersise aims to establish the following: a. developing the authority’s requirements and approach to the procurement; b. designing the award criteria; c. preparing the tender notice and associated tender documents; d. identifying suppliers that may be able to supply the goods required; e. identifying likely contractual terms Interested parties, please reach out to Neli Raleva neli.raleva@htepg.com to schedule a meeting.
