Please note, this is a Pipeline notice only for ESPO contracts/frameworks that are forecast to be re-procured or new procurement projects that are expected to be undertaken. This Pipeline notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO on behalf of Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (the Customers) expects to undertake a future procurement process for the supply and delivery/collection of roadstone, aggregates, topsoil, chippings, re-processing of chippings and premixed concrete.
