Renewal: The contract can be extended for two periods of twelve months. Totally a 24 month extension overall if enacted .

Planning Information

We held virtual MS Teams meetings with three Welsh based organisations and two national based Welsh Translation Service providers. During these meetings we reviewed our previously published specification to gage feedback on market conditions for feasibility of our service requirements. We reviewed what services were on the market that we could utilise as part of the contract, how translation services were adapting to neurodiversity and disability and any considerations we could draw from, if our requirement could be delivered in an alternative way and how in-house and freelance translators were utilised.
