SNBTS require to procure consumables and maintenance for existing equipment for the collection of plasma.

Regulation 72(1)(b) A change of contractor cannot be made for technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, services or installations and would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority).
