The Contracting Authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason: In performing its obligations under this Contract, the Contractor shall include in contracts with its direct subcontractors and suppliers provisions which are no less onerous as those set out in this Clause 22.7 of the attached Terms and Conditions. Community benefits are included in this requirement.
