The service operates during standard PCN network operating hours and also supports family and carers by providing advice.

An initial face to face meeting with the service user establishes their goals regarding support and establishes the recovery journey for each individual, following the biopsychosocial model. The service operates during standard PCN network operating hours and also supports family and carers by providing advice. Norfolk & Waveney ICB intend to award a contract to an existing provider following PSR direct award process C. The lifetime value of the contract is PS2,311,471 This service will run from 1st July 2025 to 31st July 2026 across Norfolk & Waveney ICB area.

Procurement Information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
