Works include window upgrades, M&E replacement, fire safety improvements, roof and facade repairs, drainage and communal area upgrades. The contract will be delivered through a Pre-Construction Services phase, Enabling Works phase and Main Works phase. The building will remain occupied throughout, requiring phased delivery, resident decants, stakeholder engagement and support for Building Safety Regulator approvals. This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system 'City of London Corporation Sourcing & Contracts Portal' (https://cityoflondon.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free.
