Clinical Managed Service
Notice Description
Provision for the procurement of a Clinical Managed Service contract for a term of seven years with the option to extend for an additional three years. The successful supplier will be responsible for: Managing theatres stock Overseeing data flow Optimising theatres space utilisation This service will initially be provided to Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, with the option to also extend the service to other Acute Partners within the North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB). There are two documents available for suppliers to access via Atamis. The Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire and the Draft Clinical Managed Service Specification.

The questionnaire will run on the Atamis portal: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome How to access the Questionnaire on the portal: • Suppliers should register on the portal, if not already registered: • To Express an Interest in this market engagement, search and Select contract reference – C370597 - Pre market engagement – Theatres Managed Service. • Please complete the questionnaire and upload within the requirements section • Suppliers can contact the Atamis helpdesk at - • support-health@atamis.co.uk or by calling 0800 9956035 for technical assistance when completing responses The closing time and date for the return of your responses is 17:00 on 31st July 2025. Additionally, suppliers are kindly requested to confirm by 17:00 on July 17th 2025, via the messaging function on Atamis, whether it is their intention to populate the questionnaire by 17:00 on July 31st 2025. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest and participation.
