Major Projects Framework AMP8/9
Notice Description
Thames Water are launching a significant programme of major capital projects as part of our AMP8/9 investment period. The Framework will cover major works and asset upgrades across Thames Water's operational regions, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships and reducing unnecessary bidding efforts. Contracts awarded under this Framework will include works, goods, and services essential to AMP8 delivery, with potential to extend into AMP9 based on performance.

Options: The right to extend the term of the framework as set out above.
Renewal: Thames Water envisages that the contract will be awarded for an initial term of 7 years with options to extend by 1 year or longer, up to a maximum overall term of 9 years, 3 months and 20 days.
Planning Information
We invite interested parties to participate in our preliminary market engagement for the AMP8/9 major projects Framework. We have made a detailed Head of Terms and project list available via our secure data room. An introductory webinar will be held on 16th July 2025 to explain the programme, guide access to the data room, and address high-level queries. The registration window will remain open from the engagement date of publication until the close of this market engagement period in mid-September 2025. Interested contractors may register and access the data room at any point during this period.
