The service is to provide a means of access for legal advice across the ICB. This contract is in respect of the Legal Services framework agreement between Health Trust Europe and suppliers dated 18 August 2023. These are; Corporate, Healthcare (including Mental Health), Commercial, Employment, Real Estate and Property, Cyber, Data Protection & Information, Finance and Environmental, Social and Governance.

The service is to provide a means of access for legal advice across the ICB. This contract is in respect of the Legal Services framework agreement between Health Trust Europe and suppliers dated 18 August 2023. The Contracting Authority has directly awarded this contract to Ward Hadaway. The Framework Agreement will cover eight (8) mandatory specialisms, which the awarded supplier will be able to supply. These are; Corporate, Healthcare (including Mental Health), Commercial, Employment, Real Estate and Property, Cyber, Data Protection & Information, Finance and Environmental, Social and Governance. The total contract value is PS900,000 and inclusive of rates for service. These include fixed hourly rates, blended rates, capped rates and fixed fee options for projects or long-term engagements. Commencement date of the contract 06 June 2025. Contract term is 12 months from the Commencement Date (ending 05 June 2026) and may be extended in accordance with Clause 15.2 of Schedule 2 of the Call-Off Terms and Conditions provided that the duration of this Contract shall be no longer than 14 months.
