The Riverside Group requires a contractor to complete refurbishment works at the following four schemes based across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes: THE CHESTNUTS, LAVRIC ROAD,HP21 8JN HAZLEMERE LODGE/ ST JAMES COURT,HIGH WYCOMBE, HP15 7BQ. SWAN HOUSE, WINSLOW,MK18 3DR. THE CROFT, CHESTNUT LANE, HP6 6EG TRG intends to appoint one contractor to complete the works across all 4 care home schemes. The contractor must ensure that the project is highly resourced and programme length is reduced as much as possible. The client requirements are that all four schemes are delivered concurrently.
