Folding Furniture
Notice Description
YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Folding furniture for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Supplier, but the Supplier delivers direct to the end customer.
Lot Information
Lightweight Folding Tables and Benches
This Lot is for the supply of Lightweight Folding Tables and Benches Furniture on a direct basis whereby the customer will place the order with YPO, YPO will place the order with the supplier ad the supplier will deliver direct to the end user. YPO will not accept any MOQ's and orders may be for single items.
Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of the Lot awarded within Folding Furniture.
Renewal: The Framework Agreement will cover the period from the 1st March 2026 to 28th February 2028 with one option to extend for an additional twenty four (24) months. The first decision to extend the Framework period will be taken by the end of September 2027 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Framework Agreement to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum Framework Agreement period will therefore be four (4) years, from 1st March 2026 to 28th February 2030 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price re-establishment and KPI performance).
Folding Tables - 100% HDPE TopThis Lot is for the supply of Folding Tables - 100% HDPE Top Furniture on a direct basis whereby the customer will place the order with YPO, YPO will place the order with the supplier ad the supplier will deliver direct to the end user. YPO will not accept any MOQ's and orders may be for single items.
Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of the Lot awarded within Folding Furniture.

Planning Information
YPO are looking to start the premarket engagement for the provision of folding furniture. YPO wishes to procure folding furniture products in 2025 and start the tender process within the next month. YPO has had discussions with incumbent suppliers to make them aware of the upcoming procurement / framework renewal. The aim of the pre-engagement is to discuss the previous framework as well as any potential new products in this scope, innovation, reviewing the current terms and conditions, discusses market conditions along with pricing elements, the specification and social value. YPO has pre-prepared a document for any supplier who may be interested in this opportunity. The Pre engagement period will be from 9th July 2025 to 22nd July 2025. Should YPO wish to proceed further a formal procurement process will be followed in accordance with YPO's contract procedure rules and in line with the Procurement Act 2023 as relevant.
