IWM/2526/FM/3429: Minor Works Framework for Imperial War Museums
Notice Description
Imperial War Museums (IWM) is seeking to establish a new Minor Works Framework Agreement to support the delivery of planned and reactive minor works across its estate over the next three to four years. Framework Structure: The Framework is divided into two Lots, each covering different geographic areas. Up to four suppliers will be appointed to each Lot. Each Lot will be evaluated independently; appointment to one Lot does not guarantee appointment to another. Lot Details: Lot 1 - Building and Civil Engineering (B&CE) - South-East Covers: IWM London IWM Parkside Office HMS Belfast Churchill War Rooms IWM Duxford (Cambridgeshire) Lot 2 - Building and Civil Engineering (B&CE) - North-West Covers: IWM North (Manchester) Eligibility and Bidding: Bidders may apply for one or both Lots. Those servicing only London and Duxford should apply for Lot 1. Those servicing only Manchester should apply for Lot 2. Bidders wishing to cover all IWM branches must apply for both Lots. Selection Criteria: Suppliers will be selected based on IWM's confidence in their ability to deliver high-quality services. Evaluation will follow the assessment methodology and award criteria outlined in the tender documents. Lot Information
Lot 1 - Building and Civil Engineering (B&CE) - South-East
Lot 1 covers the provision of minor building and civil engineering works for IWM's South-East locations. This includes both planned and reactive works over a three-to-four-year period. Sites Covered: IWM London IWM Parkside Office HMS Belfast Churchill War Rooms IWM Duxford (Cambridgeshire) Requirements: IWM seeks to appoint up to four experienced and capable suppliers who can: Deliver high-quality services Offer competitive pricing Respond promptly to the needs of any of the listed sites Eligibility: This Lot is suitable for suppliers who can service only the South-East locations. Suppliers interested in covering all IWM branches must also apply for Lot 2.
Renewal: IWM reserves the right to take up the respective one-year extension period and will notify the Potential Provider up to six months before the start of the respective extension period.
Lot 2 - Building and Civil Engineering (B&CE) - North-WestLot 2 covers the provision of minor building and civil engineering works for IWM's North-West location. This includes both planned and reactive works over a three-to-four-year period. Site Covered: IWM North (Manchester) Requirements: IWM seeks to appoint up to four experienced and capable suppliers who can: Deliver high-quality services Offer competitive pricing Respond promptly to the needs of IWM North Eligibility: This Lot is suitable for suppliers who can service only the Manchester site. Suppliers wishing to cover all IWM branches must also apply for Lot 1.
