Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including (but not limited to): * Emergency response (95% within agreed response times) * Survey Report turnarounds met (95% within agreed response times) * Reported quality complaints (not exceeding 1%) * Non-emergency Response time (95% within agreed response times) * Final Outturn Costs (90% within recommended tender sums) * Accuracy of all Report documents (with discrepancies not exceeding 1%) * Projects completed on site by agreed date (95% within agreed dates) All scores MUST be fully supported by all relevant documentation to validate the claimed score and must be supplied to London Borough of Ealing's Contract Administrator and (Housing & Corporate) Asbestos Officers 14 days prior to any contract meetings.",
