Financial Legal and Regulatory Compliance
* FCA and PRA regulations, including UK regulatory capital requirements, Consumer Duty, CCA/CONC and ICOBS * AML/KYC issues, particularly relating to the provision of investments, grants, loan and subsidies
Renewal: This is planned as an Open Framework to enable new suppliers to join during its life. As per regulation the framework will be reopened at 3 year intervals. Subject to sufficient interest from the market.
Data Protection* UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and associated laws and regulations * The direct or indirect collection, handling and dissemination of personal and/or sensitive data for analytical and research purposes * Cyber security * AI and its use in a mission-based organisation * Data breaches, including interactions with relevant regulators and remediation
