The inspection, testing, repair and partial replacement of existing Lightning Protection Systems or the installation of new where necessary, as required throughout all Southern Housing residential infrastructure as specified in the specification within the tender documents.

Lot 1
Renewal: There is the option to extend for a further 5 years with a staggered approach. At the end of Year 3, following benchmarking and performance assessment, offer two years (7 in total), at end of Year 5, same conditions and offer 2 years (9 in total) and at end of Year 8, offer one year if performance satisfactory.
