Bolton at Home have invited tenders for the provision of Adaptations Framework, split down into categories of works under Lots:- Lot 1 - Adapted Bathrooms, Lot 2 - Adapted Extensions, Lot 3 - Minor Adaptations, Lifts, Lot 4 - Concrete Ramps, Lot 5 - Metal Ramps, Lot 6 - Lifts, Lot 7 - Stairlifts. Bolton at Home is seeking to award a contract to a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 20 suppliers per Lot. Tender Framework Term will be for 4 years. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender (MAT) and the evaluation criteria is as follows:- Stage 1 - Quality inc Social Value - 50% Stage 2 - Pricing - 50% Stage 3 - Procurement Specific Questionnaire - Pass/Fail

Bolton at Home Group is currently preparing to initiate a procurement activity for a Framework for Adapted Facilities. We wish to engage with the market at this stage to establish the level of market interest and to gather information that will be beneficial in the tendering process. Suppliers who wish to participate in the market engagement exercise should complete the pre-market engagement questionnaire by no later than the closing date detailed.
