Planning Information

Supplier engagement sessions were held, one took place remotely on 3rd September and one held on site at client premises on 4th September. Key Update - Suppliers questioned the contract start date of January if requiring fixed pricing and many brand owners only review beginning of each year and the bid being submitted in October, there was also discussions on duty increases on top of the annual reviews. It was also apparent that the mobilisation timeline although the right number of weeks, Christmas is not a great time to implement a contract. Avendra feedback is to realign the timeline so the contract start date is April 2026, this will mean that all pricing is then fixed annually from this date with the exception of any duty changes from the budget. It will also allow time for site surveys to be completed, and new equipment installed.
