The buyer for this contract is Caerphilly County Borough Council, operating under Welsh devolved regulations, with Jessica Roberts being the primary contact point for queries.

This tender represents an excellent opportunity for businesses specialising in construction, particularly those experienced in resurfacing works, to expand their portfolios and gain experience with public authority contracts. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly encouraged to apply, provided they meet the mandatory requirement for accreditation to a Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) Scheme. Given the project's scope and the structured procurement process through the Proactis Supplier Portal, companies with robust technical capabilities and competitive pricing strategies stand to benefit significantly from participating in this tender.
