Notice Description

Blackpool Council and Blackpool Coastal Housing Ltd (The Contracting Authorities) have appointed a single provider for the servicing, inspection and maintenance of mechanical doors and gates. To include the provision of a 24-hour, 365 days per year call out facility to respond to emergency call outs, day to day repairs or faults as deemed necessary.

Lot 1

Options: This contract is a combined portfolio of mechanical doors & gates managed by The Authorities. It is envisaged that the portfolio may vary as new doors are installed or removed from the portfolio.

Renewal: It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 10th November 2025 to 9th November 2027, with the option of 3 x 12 month extensions (subject to contract review and budget availability).
