Mechanical Doors & Gates - Servicing, Inspection & Maintenance
Notice Description
Blackpool Council and Blackpool Coastal Housing Ltd (The Contracting Authorities) are looking to appoint a single provider for the servicing, inspection and maintenance of mechanical doors and gates. To include the provision of a 24-hour, 365 days per year call out facility to respond to emergency call outs, day to day repairs or faults as deemed necessary. The Contracting Authorities wish to appoint a Supplier who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements and who offers the most advantageous tender. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 10th November 2025 to 9th November 2027, with the option of 3 x 12 month extensions (subject to contract review and budget availability).

Options: This contract is a combined portfolio of mechanical doors & gates managed by The Authorities. It is envisaged that the portfolio may vary as new doors are installed or removed from the portfolio.
Renewal: It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 10th November 2025 to 9th November 2027, with the option of 3 x 12 month extensions (subject to contract review and budget availability).
