West Northamptonshire Council is seeking views from the market on behalf of itself and its system partners, including North Northamptonshire Council, about training that covers the following themes, self-harm awareness and support, neurodiversity and mental health and suicide prevention, and supportive and compassionate conversations. The Council seeks to understand how it can shape a commission to develop, where necessary, training to cover these areas, what is already available, the sufficiency of the budget, structure of the process we wish to employ and the timescales over which we seek the work to be delivered.
