This is a bespoke system built to support genomics medicines using a combination of technical solutions, this combination is unique and not available commercially. The absence of competition is not a result of the artificial narrowing of the parameters of procurement. BHSCT will test the market during the timeframe of this contract for technical digital developments in this area.
