Notice Description

Bath Spa University is contracting with an experienced systems integrator to support the refurbishment of its TV Studio facilities at Newton Park Campus. The project involves the design, procurement, fit-out, integration, and commissioning of a complete end-to-end solution for the University's multicamera TV production environment. The existing facilities include two production studios, a TV studio gallery, a central apparatus room, two audio mixing studios, and nine postproduction edit suites.

Options: Any complementary items required in the operation of the TV Studios to maintain its life during the term of the contract, including but not limited to maintenance, consumables and additional equipment to match that from the original installation.

Renewal: Possible extension of 5 years subject to requirement and performance.

Engagement has been carried out with an industry expert on a consultancy basis and with other organisations that have carried out similar projects in order to test requirements, determine suitable route to market, and estimate costs for budget request.
