PLACE764ER Contract Cleaning and Janitorial Services at Markham Vale
Notice Description
Derbyshire County Council is seeking to appoint a suitable supplier for contract cleaning and janitorial services across three sites at Markham Vale. The services are expected to be required Monday to Friday between 7am and 11am (with the exact timings to be agreed). The Centre is closed Bank Holidays and Weekends and so services will not be required. The intention is for the initial contract to be for 2 years, with the option to renew for a further three years in 12 month increments. Potential suppliers & bidders need to be able to provide services at all three sites.

Renewal: Initial contract period will be two years, with the option of three further extensions in twelve month increments. Extensions will be taken based on contract performance, value and needs/ requirements of the Council.
