Procurement Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice for the purposes of Regulation 10 (7) of the PSR. The publication of this notice marks the start of the 8 working day mandatory standstill period. which will be introduced the day after this notice is published. Written representations by providers must be made to decision makers before midnight on the [ ]. The contract has not yet formally been awarded. This notice serves as an intention to award under the Most Suitable Provider Process of the PSR. Approval has been obtained in accordance with the Contracting Authority's own internal governance to award the contract via the Most Suitable Provider Process of the PSR. The award decision-makers' reasons for selecting the chosen provider with reference to the key criteria are :- * The chosen provider is experienced in providing pop-up physiotherapy clinics, and therefore has a good understanding of the logistics, and operational requirements which the Contracting Authority requires for the provision of the services. * The chosen provider has provided successful pop-up clinics for a number of organisations. * The chosen provider has knowledge of working with internal occupational health and supporting data. In accordance with Regulation 21 of the PSR any potential conflicts of interest have been considered, there are no conflicts of interest to declare. Where any conflicts of interest may arise during the contract, the Contracting Authority will manage any conflicts in accordance with the Contracting Authority's own internal governance. This notice of intention to award to the chosen provider is also amending the contracting authorities' notice of intention to follow the most suitable provider process published 31st of January 2025. The contracting authority no intense to award the contract to chosen provider for a period of six months only with no option to extend.
