Delivery of this service will primarily be in Scarborough and Whitby but could be required across other areas of the county on an ad hoc basis. The aim for this service is to ensure that there is an appropriate level of medical, first aid and ambulance provision at an event to keep attendees safe and minimise the impact on local NHS services. This notice sets out the intention to conclude a competitive process and award a framework agreement to a single supplier for provision of Event Medical Services. The framework will be in place for a duration of 4 years from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2030 and will be used by North Yorkshire Council only. The maximum framework value will be PS550,000. Additional information: This procurement is a Competitive Process to establish a single-supplier framework. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.",
