Notice Description

The Royal Hospital Chelsea requires a Deep Cleaning service (Includes some working at height) to support a 66-acre heritage site. The objective of this service is to ensure that specified areas of the RHC are cleaned to a standard commensurate with its status as a listed and nationally recognised institution. The following are areas that undergo deep cleaning but are not limited to, Long Wards, Margaret Thatcher Infirmary, Residential premises, Chapel, Great Hall, Upholstery & Curtains (May require Fire Proofing), and Paving areas.

Lot 1

Renewal: Subject to the RHC's rights to determine a contract and the option to extend, the Contract will commence on 1st November 2025 and end on 31st October 2028. In addition, tenderers are invited to submit irrevocable options for a further 2 x one-year periods for carrying out all or any part of the work, subject to the Terms and Conditions of Contract at Schedule 2
