AM_832 Servicios de Nomina y Contabilidad en Mexico
Notice Description
El British Council Mexico opera a traves de 3 entidades legales para llevar a cabo sus operaciones en Mexico; una entidad diplomatica para la cual no se requiere contabilidad local, pero si se necesitan servicios de gestion de nomina; una entidad comercial; y una entidad autorizada para recibir donativos, para la cual aplican en su totalidad todas las regulaciones, procesos y servicios locales. La empresa seleccionada debe contar con la infraestructura, tecnologia, recursos y capacidad necesarios para manejar simultaneamente la contabilidad, la informacion financiera y los requerimientos de nomina de las 3 entidades legales. Ademas, debe contar con un historial comprobado de experiencia trabajando con entidades comerciales y entidades autorizadas para recibir donativos. Se establecera un calendario de trabajo que incluira reuniones quincenales/mensuales con el/la Financial Controller y/o el equipo de Finanzas local.
