The industry category is legal advisory and representation services, classified under CPV code 79110000. With an expectant total contract value of £225,000, this process could be lucrative for firms capable of managing the scope of work, which includes providing timely written advices, holding case conferences, and representing the SIA in legal proceedings. Multiple suppliers will be selected, enhancing the chances for qualified bidders. The tender’s open procedure encourages competition and provides an excellent platform for both new entrants and established players in the legal sector to expand their business footprint within the public sector. The contract promises a substantive engagement over a three-year period, with potential opportunities for renewal based on performance and need.
