TfW are now looking to explore an outsourced solution with commitment to reunite our customers with their lost items. The process will be adjusted for all lost items to be collected by a third party from around day 7 of loss and retained with them until 90 days, at which point they are sold / recycled/ destroyed. There is also an ambition of TfW to donate some items to local charities within Wales.
