Notice Description
Lift Schools works hard to attract and hire high-quality staff across our Schools and Centrally. We are committed to inclusive, efficient, and values-led recruitment, and we aim to value added benefits for our staff that reflects our mission & sets us apart from other trusts and schools. One of the benefits we would like to continue to offer are health cash plans that enable employees to claim money back on everyday health care such as dental, optical and physio costs. We would also like the plan to enable employee access to additional benefits such as remote GP appointments (vaccinations) , mental health support etc.
