This service is under the health and social work services category (CPV code 85000000) and aims to address critical health risk factors such as smoking, physical inactivity, and unhealthy weight amongst others. The procurement process follows the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) as per the Health Care Services Regulations 2023. The contract, valued at approximately £3,172,100, was awarded on 1st September 2025 to the incumbent provider, Thrive Tribe Ltd, through a direct award C route. This service agreement will remain in effect until 1st October 2026, focusing on promoting a healthier lifestyle and reducing health inequalities within the Lincolnshire region.

This tender provides a significant opportunity for businesses geared towards health and social care services, particularly those that excel in offering innovative health solutions and have a solid track record in service delivery. Businesses focusing on health improvement initiatives and management services will find this contract promising. Given that the contract leverages the incumbent's extensive past performance and alignment with health commissioning requirements, smaller enterprises with niche expertise in public health services could benefit significantly by aligning their services with future procurement strategies and demonstrating strong collaborative and integration efforts within such contracts.
