Event Support Services Framework
Notice Description
Liverpool City Council have an extensive programme of events that the Culture & Major Events team have need a requirement to be able to access a range of quality events services. Some of these events are planned in and known in a timely manner, however, some maybe unplanned and therefore require a short timescale for a supplier to respond to and deliver. The objective is for LCC the ability to have access to a framework to be able to procure the services that each event unique requirements. LCC also want to allow suppliers the ability to onboard to this framework over the life of the agreement which can be up to a period of 8 years in total from the commencement of the framework. As a minimum suppliers have the ability to onboard in year 3 and year 5, although, LCC also want the ability to open the framework once a year solely at LCC's discretion.
