Decorative Paints, Sundries and Painting and Decorating Services
Notice Description
YPO is conducting early market engagement in preparation for the renewal of its national framework agreement for the supply of paint, decorating sundries and associated products. The framework will be available to all UK public sector organisations and aims to provide access to high-quality, cost-effective decorating solutions. YPO is seeking input from suppliers to help shape the scope, lotting structure, and commercial model of the future framework. The framework will also include: -direct supply to YPO -painting and decorating services on an award without competition basis.
Planning Information
YPO invites suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to participate in a market engagement questionnaire. Prospective providers wishing to participate should in the first instance email Louise Hardcastle, YPO's buyer for this framework, at construction@ypo.co.uk with the subject heading "1306 Decorative Paints" by close of business on 30 September 2025 and a link to the questionnaire will be sent to you. Feedback will inform the design of the framework, both renewal of existing lots and potential new lots.
