ateb Group intends to procure a new framework of service providers to carry out various retrofit, planned and decarbonation works to assist in our journey to achieving net zero targets. As part of our preliminary market engagement, we are seeking to understand the current market landscape and identify organisations capable of delivering these requirements in the West Wales area. The information gathered through this preliminary engagement will help inform the development of our specification and procurement approach. Participation in this exercise is not part of a formal procurement process and does not constitute a commitment to tender or guarantee of future work. All responses will be treated in confidence and used solely to inform our planning and decision-making. We welcome input from all interested providers, including those new to public sector contracts. The purpose of this early market engagement exercise is to inform potential providers about this upcoming opportunity as well as gauge supplier interest and understand the market. ateb Group wishes to establish a framework with multiple Contractors to cover different workstreams for retrofit and decarbonisation works. This is a new framework for the organisation and planned to be live in April 2026. SCALE, SCOPE AND NATURE OF REQUIREMENT ateb Group intends to procure a new framework of service providers to carry out various retrofit and decarbonation works to assist in our journey to achieving net zero targets. The structure of the framework will be split into the suggested Lot’s shown below – LOTS 1. Electrical, inc but not limited to: • Electrical Safety Testing & Certification • Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) • PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) • Testing of Communal Systems • Electrical Upgrades & Renewals • Rewiring • Consumer Unit Replacement • Smart Meter & EV Charger Installation • Safety Systems • Fire and CO Alarm Replacement • Emergency Lighting Replacement • Associated Communal Services • CCTV & Door Entry Systems • Automatic Gates and Barriers • Communal Lighting • Solar PV & Battery 2. Mechanical, inc but not limited to: • Heating Systems (GSHP/ASHP) • Hot and Cold Water Services • Mechanical Ventilation • Centralised Systems • Renewable Energy • Gas Supplies • Statutory Inspections & Servicing • Responsive & Planned Maintenance 3. Fabric, inc but limited to: • External Fabric • Walls • Insulation • Windows and Doors 4.
