Notice Description
*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded* External repairs to West Kent properties, including but not exclusively: * Excavation of water mains and underground pipe bursts * Excavation of condense soakaways * Excavation of drainage soakaways * Repair and replacement of drainage pipes * Reinstatement works, concreting, paving, block paving, fencing and turfing * Property roofing associated with plumbing and heating works * Roofing associated with garage works * Garage structural and drainage works * Demolition works The contract will be for an initial 5-year term, with up to 3-years extensions, performance depending. The form of contract will be JCT MTC (2024 edition) with standard West Kent amendments.
