Notice Description
Castle Point Borough Council (CPBC) contract award for the refurbishment of Knightswick Shopping Centre in Canvey Island. Minimum Standards required: Accreditation to Constructionline Gold or equivalent Ability to work out of hours (from 8pm to 6am) A voluntary standstill period will be observed, commencing on 12 February 2026 and finishing at midnight at the end of 23 February 2026.
