Technical Services and Assurance Framework
Notice Description
Yorkshire Water intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of technical consultancy and assurance services. The framework will cover a range of activities across technical assurance, health and safety, environmental assurance, and engineering support, providing flexible access to specialist expertise. Suppliers will be expected to deliver clearly defined services in line with business needs, from project-based consultancy to targeted assurance reviews and temporary placements. The framework will promote consistent governance, transparent pricing, and compliant delivery across all engagements.

Specialist technical consultancy services and packaged work to support engineering, infrastructure and asset-related projects. This may include the provision of secondees, studies, and design input. Suppliers will deliver expert support to ensure projects are safe, efficient, and compliant with standards.
Renewal: Optional extension: 2 years
Technical AssuranceIndependent technical assurance services, including technical audits, standards compliance checks, design/governance reviews and capability assessments. Suppliers will provide clear findings and actionable recommendations to support safe, reliable project delivery.
Renewal: Optional extension: 2 years
Health & Safety AssuranceH&S consultancy and assurance covering CDM compliance, site and system audits, HAZOP/HAZID and behavioural safety support. Suppliers will assess risk, advise on controls, and help drive continuous improvement in H&S performance.

Environmental AssuranceEnvironmental consultancy and assurance services, including regulatory advice, permitting support, audits/monitoring, impact assessments and net-zero/sustainability guidance. Suppliers will help ensure compliance and improve environmental outcomes.
