The Intelligent Customer Team (ICT) is responsible for delivering the necessary outputs and artefacts to enable the execution of a future competition.

The focus is on delivery, scope refinement, solution architecture, and requirements development, but also includes, translation of complex technical problems and decisions, into info graphics and presentations to support approvals and wider stakeholder engagement.
Procurement Information
The Authority has determined that this decision can be awarded on a single source basis in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations (DSPCR) 2011 for the following reasons: Technical Expertise- Mastek UK Ltd possesses the unique technical knowledge of the existing requirement, which is critical for the successful delivery of the Zodiac Managing Agent future competition. The replacement of the existing supplier to continue the existing services would result in disproportional levels of incompatibility with the existing services.
