Notice Description
Queen's University Belfast are undertaking a pre market engagement exercise, seeking expressions of interest from suppliers in relation to the provision of Cafe and Catering Services at AMIC Factory of the Future, Global Point, Newtownabbey.
Planning Information
Suitable operators are invited to express an interest in this opportunity reference 250086 - via this tendering platform https://in-tendhost.co.uk/queensuniversitybelfast/aspx/Home by 4pm 09/02/2026. In order to express an interest and engage with Queen's regarding this opportunity, you must use our tendering platform detailed above. Queen's may then undertake discussion with individual suppliers to discuss the proposed approach to market, prior to a formal tender exercise, following a review of the expressions of interest received. Queen's may undertake site visits and information sessions with interested suppliers in order to further inform decision making, ahead of undertaking any formal competition. This Pre Market Engagement exercise is not a formal call for competition. Participitation in this exercise is not a pre requisite for participation in any future competition. This Pre Market Engagement exercise is a follow up to a previously published PME exercise - Notice identifier: 2025/S 000-063451. Suppliers are welcome to view the previously published survey which provides a background to the requirement at the above tendering platform.
