BlueLight Commercial have established a national Framework for the provision of vehicle livery goods and services, on behalf of blue light organisations. This arrangement covers the provision of the Design, Supply, Application and Removal of Vehicle Livery. This arrangement is a multi-supplier Framework (having appointed three providers); with award procedures available for both Further Competition, and for Award Without Re-opening Competition.
