Supply of Newspapers to the Parliamentary Estate
Notice Description
The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords (the Authority) sought a supplier for the provision of newspapers to the Parliamentary Estate. The Authority requires the timely delivery of national, regional and international newspapers and a limited selection of periodicals to an offsite consolidation centre, from where the Authority will arrange onward delivery to designated locations across the Estate. These publications must be made available to Members of Parliament, Members of the House of Lords, and Parliamentary staff on the day of publication.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Renewal: The contract will be awarded for an initial period of three (3) years, with options to extend by up to two (2) further one-year periods. Any extension will be exercised at the Authority's discretion to ensure continuity of service, maintain value for money, and subject to satisfactory supplier performance and ongoing business need.
