Town Centre Living, Stockton-on-Tees - Long term Delivery Partner Project
Notice Description
Pre Market Engagement for contractor interest in becoming Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council's long term delivery partner for its Town Centre Living Sites and to seek feedback on our Blueprint and emerging approach to partnering. SBC reserve the right to engage with suppliers on a one-to-one basis following the closure of this PME period. This stage of the project will allow the Council to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the possible delivery routes, and the capacity, appetite and solutions presently existing within the market. It will also enable organisations to effectively plan for any potential forthcoming procurement. Responses to this PME will help to inform the Council's options and further decision making and will help shape any subsequent procurement process.

The Market Engagement questionnaire can be accessed free of charge by registering on the Open Portal which be accessed via www.open-uk.org. Please select "Browse Opportunities", search Pre Market Engagement - Town Centre Living, Stockton-on-Tees - Long term Delivery Partner" and select "I'm interested" to gain access to the documents. All queries should be raised through the correspondence section of this project, once interest has been registered. Please return this Market Engagement before this deadline: 5pm on 14th November 2025.
