Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn eich gwahodd i gynnig tender ar gyfer Gwerthusiad Cynaliadwyedd Integredig ac Asesiad Rheoleiddio Cynefinoedd (ARhC) i'w helpu i baratoi'r Cynllun Datblygu Lleol newydd (2024-2039). Cyngor Gwynedd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake an Integrated Sustainability Appraisal and an accompanying Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) to aid their preparation of the new Local Development Plan (2024-2039).

Options: Efallai bydd gofyn i'r Ymgynhorydd llwyddiannus i fynychu cyfarfodydd a/neu Ymchwiliad Cyhoeddus y CDLl. Gofynnir am bris dyddiol ychwanegol am wasanaethau o'r math hyn. Successful consultants may be called upon to attend Council meetings and/or the LDP Examination in Public (EiP). A daily rate is requested for such additional services.

Renewal: Cytundeb hyd at dyddiad mabwysiadau'r CDLl, all fod hyd at 3 i 4 blynedd, gydag opsiwn i ymestyn +1 +1. Up to the adoption of the LDP which is anticipated to take in the region of 3 to 4 years +1 +1 possible extension
