The City of London Corporation (the 'City') is carrying out Preliminary Market Engagement ('PME') in relation to the provision of a principal contractor for the Guildhall School of Music & Drama cyclical works programme 2025 - 2030. This exercise will provide an opportunity for the City to obtain insight into how participants might approach the delivery of the works in question. It will also give a useful early insight into the likely level of interest in the proposed project from that market. Please note that this is not a call for competition.
